I’ve always been a very active and obsessed with all group fitness classes so when Covid happened I really struggled to find a new fitness routine that kept the endorphins flowing without getting too bored.
I picked up trail running, I tried Obe online classes and I also did my own body weight exercises but nothing compared to the spin classes that I used to attend.
So after much internal debate on whether it was worth the investment, I decided to pull the trigger and get a Peloton and it does not disappoint!
I love the variety of classes, instructors and music and I love that you can just hop on the bike whenever you want versus having to schedule and drive to a class. Plus, spin is a lot easier on the body and it’s giving my knees a much deserved break.
I’m just getting into all the classes and I promise I’ll do a post on my favorites later.
